Optimization algorithms have many applications in solve the optimization problems in various sciences. The Orientation Search Algorithm (OSA) is an optimizer that is simulated the rules of a game called orientation game. In OSA searcher agent are players of orientation game that moves on the playground depending on the direction of the referee. in this study, binary model of OSA which called Binary Orientation Search Algorithm (BOSA) is proposed. BOSA and eight other algorithms (BGA, BPSO, BGSA, BGOA, BBA, BMOA, and BDA) are tested on twenty-three Benchmark test function. Proposed BOSA has a high ability to solve optimization problems compared to other algorithms according to the evaluation results.

Internal migration is an important demographic process that negatively affects a country›s demographic balance. It can be both voluntary and forced. In the first case, the migration of people from the village to the city is due to socio- economic reasons. In the second case, people are forced to leave their homes and move during natural disasters and conflicts (eco-migrants and displaced persons). The problem can be considered in a regional context and highlight a number of trends that are relevant for the Autonomous Republic of Adjara. The reduction of the population of regions is importance for ensuring demographic security, both for using the potential of economic development and for the population in the regions adjacent to the state border. Since the internal migration flows are large, this can lead to an increase in labor flows from the regions. In addition, in the case of vulnerable groups, such as displaced persons and eco-migrants who live in different municipalities, additional problems arise in terms of integration resettlement. According to experts, the control of internal migration processes was practically destroyed in the post- Soviet period. The movement of the population within the country is no longer controlled; accordingly, the issue is less studied in the scientific direction. Management of internal population flows caused by armed conflict, socio-economic and environmental problems requires more attention from the state. It is especially important to develop and implement policies that encourage the use of accumulated human and financial resources for sustainable development, which will allow local residents to stay in their places of residence. This will affect not only urbanization / emigration trends, but also general macroeconomic indicators, income levels and living standards.

The carriage of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) among dialysis patients is remarkable not only in terms of the risks of developing infections, but also in playing a principle part in transmission among dialysis unit staff. The aim of this study was to detect the colonization of Methicillin-sensitive Staphylococcus aureus and MRSA carriage. Also, our aim was to determine the relatedness of MRSA isolates and the potential routes of transmission using PCR- Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) in Hemodialysis Unit of El Zagazig General Hospital, a tertiary medical center in Sharqia, Egypt. This study was conducted on 150 chronic hemodialysis outpatients and 200 non clinical control samples including environmental and healthcare workers (HCWs). Antibiotic susceptibility by VITEK-2 and disc diffusion, PCR amplification of mecA, pvl and coa genes and RFLP-PCR were conducted during the study period. In this study 3.3% of the patients and 3.2% of HCWs colonized with pvl positive MRSA. Fifty percent of MRSA isolates showed a single band PCR product amplification of 810bp fragment corresponding to coa gene. Ten distinct MRSA RFLP banding patterns designated as H1-H10 were obtained. The majority of strains belonged to RFLP banding pattern H1 (33.33%).The prevalence of MRSA carriage among hemodialysis patients was 14% and 9.7 % among HCWs with similar polymorphism patterns. The presence of one major coa gene type confirmed the occurrence of hospital acquired-associated MRSA.

Dissolved oxygen concentration (DO) is a crucial factor in maintaining aquatic ecosystem health. In this research, two data-driven modelling (DDM) techniques, multiple linear regression (MLR) and artificial neural networks (ANN), were developed, implemented and compared to predict the DO in the hypolimnetic layer of Seymareh Reservoir in Iran. Low DO in this Reservoir lead to a fish kill event and thus, this reservoir is of interest to water managers in the region. Water quality monitoring data from the Reservoir and an upstream river were used for training the models. In addition, two input variable selection methods, linear correlation analysis and combined neural pathway strength analysis (CNPSA, a nonlinear variable selection method) were developed and compared to determine the most significant inputs to predict hypolimnetic DO. A systematic method to select the optimum architecture of the network is proposed and tested. While these two approaches have been investigated previously, this research focuses on creating a systematic approach to combining two sources of uncertainty of DDM models. Additionally, the performance of CNPSA has not been compared to linear variable selection techniques. This research demonstrates the importance of using systematic input selection and network design for improved DO prediction in a large Reservoir. The performance of the models was quantified using the Nash-Sutcliffe efficiency and root mean squared error, which demonstrated that the ANN approach had better performance compared to the MLR model. The approach demonstrates that by using a systematic input variable selection approach combined with an optimised network architecture, a high performance of DO prediction can be achieved using easily measured upstream input data.

One of the techniques utilised in the management of cancer in all stages is multiple biomedical imaging. Imaging as an important part of cancer clinical protocols can provide a variety of information about morphology, structure, metabolism and functions. Application of imaging technics together with other investigative apparatus including in fluids analysis and vitro tissue would help clinical decision-making. Mixed imaging techniques can provide supplementary information used to improve staging and therapy planning. Imaging aimed to find minimally invasive therapy to make better results and reduce side effects. Probably, the most important factor in reducing mortality of certain cancers is an early diagnosis of cancer via screening based on imaging. The most common cancer in women is breast cancer. It is considered as the second major cause of cancer deaths in females, and therefore it remained as an important medical and socio-economic issue. Medical imaging has always formed part of breast cancer care and has used in all phases of cancer management from detection and staging to therapy monitoring and post-therapeutic follow-up. An essential action to be performed in the preoperative staging of breast cancer based on breast imaging. The general term of breast imaging refers to breast sonography, mammography, and magnetic resonance tomography (MRT) of the breast (magnetic resonance mammography, MRM). Further development in technology will lead to increase imaging speed to meet physiological processes requirements. One of the issues in the diagnosis of breast cancer is sensitivity limitation. To overcome this limitation, complementary imaging examinations are utilised that traditionally includes screening ultrasound, and combined mammography and ultrasound. Development in targeted imaging and therapeutic agents calls for close cooperation among academic environment and industries such as biotechnological, IT and pharmaceutical industries.
