The usage relevance of linear observation models of welding processes is substantiated. A brief analytical review of scientific papers on using linear observation models for researching the processes of arc welding is introduced. An example of studies utilizing a linear observation model based on the results of experiments with alloying of a weld metal is given. The type of linear observation model – fractional replication – is determined. An experiment planning matrix and test results are given. After performing tests and processing the experimental data, mathematical models in the form of dependencies of the transfer of alloying elements into the weld metal were obtained. According to the results of the experiments, empirical models in the form of dependencies evaluating the percentages of manganese, silicon and carbon, transfer coefficients from the “wire-to-product” distance, the diameter of the welding nozzle and the filling wire feed rate were obtained. Since the degree of uncertainty of parameters during welding is high enough, the necessity of further modification of linear observation models using expert knowledge is justified. The mathematical specification of the linear observation model with parameters in the form of fuzzy intervals is given. An algorithm for identifying the parameters of a linear observation model in the form of fuzzy intervals has been developed.

Soft public key cipher

Ameer A. J. AL-Swidi · Enas Hamood Al-Saadi · Lamis Hamood Al-Saadi

Encryption in general is the process of keeping up the secrecy of data (both fixed and versatile) utilizing programs that can Convert and make an interpretation of that data into codes so that whenever got to by unapproved people doesn't They can comprehend anything since what appears to them is a blend of images, numbers and unlimited characters, the file is encrypted And decryption by password, which must be known to both parties (sender and receiver) This is called With symmetric encryption, Decryption means decryption. The quality and viability of encryption rely upon two key factors: the algorithm, and the key length evaluated by Bit, the higher the bit, the greater the security and difficulty of decrypting. The concept of soft set was studied and applied on the public key cryptography like simple Knapsack and Trapdoor Knapsack ciphers. Significant results were presented that was the measure of the evaluate encryption using the SNR and PSNR.

Background: Urinary bladder carcinoma is one of the most common tumors among the lower urinary tract, it is the seventh common malignancy and widely distributed in devel-oped countries.Aim of Study: To elucidate the diagnostic potential and additive imaging data obtained with Multi-Detector Computed Tomography (MDCT) in early detection and characterization of urinary bladder neoplastic masses by comparing the result of the study with the conventional cystoscopy results.Patients and Methods: This prospective descriptive study was conducted on forty patients, 36 was men and 4 women. The patients referred to Radio-Diagnosis Department, Ain Shams University Hospitals, Radio-Diagnosis Department in a period 6 months of data collection for suspicious bladder mass(es) after clinical assessment of patient or for further characterization of indeterminate bladder neoplastic mass lesion previously depicted on other radiological investigation as ultrasound examination. Results: A statistically significant difference was found between positive and negative cystoscopic biopsy results for malignancy in relation to presence CT features of malignancy. Conclusion: MDCT urography is useful for examination of patients especially when the CC is contraindicated such as hemorrhage, perforation, difficult to doing it or unsatisfactory in interpretation, and as a complementary technique in the evaluation of areas difficult to evaluate with CC, especially with the MDCT results satisfactory in finding lesions smaller than 5mm. MDCT urography gives us an opportunity for early detection bladder tumors because its reliability and accuracy and our results support that.
