Charge qubits realized in the double quantum dot systems have been a subject of many theoretical and experimental studies due to their simplicity and fast operation speed [1]. However they exhibit short decoherence times caused by charge noise and phonons. Hentschel et al. [2] followed by Vasiliev and Fedichkin [3] showed enhanced robustness to phonon-induced decoherence in the triple quantum dot charge qubit in triangular and linear geometry, respectively. In this paper we develop the concept of triple quantum dot charge qubit. We show that leakage to a higher energy level, limiting the single qubit gate fidelities, can be eliminated by an appropriate modification of tunneling barriers and dot energies. Next we present studies for two capacitively coupled qubits and show a feasibility of implementing of two-qubit operation gates for two different coupling topologies.

This paper examines the use of a feed additive “Abiopeptide” in a chemical bonds with the organic iodine in the feeding of the Lena` sturgeon. Was carried out a technology of adding of iodinated feed additive “Abiopeptide” into the feed fed with the purpose of studying the effects of iodine on the productivity and functional status of the fry of the Lena` sturgeon. Calculation of economic efficiency of a fish farming of the Lena` sturgeon showed that during the implementation of fish was obtained the highest profit in the group, which was additionally fed with the iodine at a dose of 200 μcg in 1 ml per 1 kg of ichthyomass. This indicates the profitability of fish production using a fish feeding “Abiopeptide with iodine”.

The synthesis parameters and results of investigation of gas sensing properties of tin oxide nanoparticles produced by spark ablation are presented. The nanoparticles have sizes below 30 nm and their specific surface area is about 40 m2/g. In order to study the gas sensing properties, a special structure comprising heater, barrier layers and contact pads was utilized. The resistance of the sensor fabricated on the basis of this structure was measured at different concentrations of hydrogen in the air (100–500 ppm) and different values of relative humidity (30–80%). At working temperature of 450°C, 100 ppm of hydrogen triggers more than 8-times decrease in the sensor resistance within the time interval of about 1 s. At the same time, the humidity variation does not have pronounced effect on the sensor resistance: less than 30% in the humidity range studied.

A compact (1.2 mm 2 ) fully integrated mid-IR spectrometer operating in the 3 μm wavelength range is presented. To our knowledge this is the longest wavelength integrated spectrometer operating in the important wavelength window for spectroscopy of organic compounds. The spectrometer is based on a silicon-on-insulator arrayed waveguide grating filter. An array of InAs 0.91 Sb 0.09 p-i-n photodiodes is heterogeneously integrated on the spectrometers output grating couplers using adhesive bonding. The spectrometer insertion loss is less than 3 dB and the waveguide-referred responsivity of the integrated photodiodes at room temperature is 0.3 A/W.

Spectral polarization characteristics of short-length fiber Bragg gratings UV-written in a highly-birefringent spun-fiber have been investigated. Based on the analysis of the characteristics the technique for measuring the built-in linear phase birefringence as well as the spin period in this fiber type has been suggested. In this method the birefringence dispersion is excluded and therefore the built-in linear phase birefringence can be measured with an improved accuracy.

The article discusses a question of the theory of state and law such as elitist character of the state doctrine. The disclosure is made of the concept “the ruling selection” in the ideocratic theory of state in the historical and juridical doctrine of eurasianism. The analysis is made of the key signs of the leading group as inevitably inherent to any state formation and its functional purpose in the ideocratic state. The distinction is carried out of the concepts of the ruling group and state activists. The description is given to three main ways of the formation of the ruling group: aristocratic, democratic and ideocratic. The authors critically analyze them in terms of relevance in modern conditions of development of the democratic states. A special emphasis is given to the possibility of existence of state activists as a part of the ruling group which is involved in management and administration at supra‐class, above party and supra‐national levels. The need of spiritual unity — the unity of culture and worldview of the ruling selection — is set and discussed. The article considers the possibility of legal regulation of activity of the leading group and state activists in terms of eurasian approach of understanding of legal acts.

Aim — the present research was aimed at identifying the genetic causes for hr in patients, as well as evaluating the clinical, hormonal and biochemical characteristics of the disease in this group of patients. Material and methods . 75 patients (aged, of 3 months to 57 years; females, n=38; males, n=37) with clinical and radiological findings of rickets, low serum phosphate and low tubular reabsorption of phosphate were included. ‘rickets panel’ genes were sequenced using a custom Ion Ampliseq gene panel and PGM semiconductor sequencer (Ion Torrent). The panel included primers for multiplex amplification of 22 genes associated with genetic calcium metabolism dysfunctions. Bioinformatic analysis was performed using torrent suite (Ion Torrent) and ANNOVAR software packages. Results . Out of the 75 patients 36 were diagnosed with familial form of hr, and 39 probands had sporadic cases. Out clinical characteristics the most widespread symptoms of the disease included: lower limbs malformations since the patients started to walk (94.5%), hypotonia in the first 12 months of life (70.2%), multiple caries (58%). Mutations were identified in 100% of familial and 88,5% of sporadic cases. In 68 probands (90,5%) mutations were detected in PHEX , 40 of which were novel. For familial forms of the disease mutations were discovered in 100% cases, for sporadic — in 82% cases. One subject had both DMP1 and PHEX mutations. No mutations were detected in FGF23, SLC34A1, SLC34A3, SLC9A3R1, ENPP1, CLClCN5 and SLC2A2 genes. Conclusion . The study confirmed predominance of PHEX mutations among the patients with HR. The identification of causative agent is very important for antenatal diagnostics for familial forms of disease and enables well-timed conservative treatment.

NKX2-1 is a transcription factor. Gene NKX2-1 is expressed in tissues of the thyroid gland, brain and lungs. Mutations of NKX2-1 can lead to neurological disorders, hypothyroidism, and respiratory distress syndrome. The combinations of these symptoms are known as brain-lung-thyroid syndrome. Benign hereditary chorea is the characteristic feature of this disease and the most common manifestation of it. Chorea progresses into the second decade after which it remains stable or may even spontaneously remit. Pulmonary dysfunction is the second most common manifestation of NKX2-1-related disorders. They include respiratory distress syndrome of the newborns, interstitial lung disease between ages four months and seven years and pulmonary fibrosis in older individuals. Thyroid dysfunction can present as congenital hypothyroidism or subclinical hypothyroidism in adolescents. The combination of triad of the syndrome is present in only 50% of patients. This study includes a description of patient with brain-lung-thyroid syndrome. We described the novel mutation c.628_772del in the gene NKX2-1.
