Direct and inverse spectral problems for Dirac systems with nonlocal potentials
. The main purposes of this paper are to study the direct and inverse spectral problems of the one-dimensional Dirac operators with nonlocal potentials. Based on informations about the spectrum of the operator, we find the potential and recover the form of the Dirac system. The methods used allow us to reduce the situation to the one-dimensional case. In accordance with the given assumptions and conditions we consider problems in a specific way. We describe the spectrum, the resolvent, the characteristic function etc. Illustrative examples are also given.
EDUCATIONAL CAPITAL AS A TYPE OF CAREER CAPITAL OF HIGHER EDUCATION GRADUATES
Taking into consideration the dynamics of changes i n the modern labor market, the issue of building career capitals by university graduates , becomes the subject of research, the exploration of which results in a thorough diagnosis of the mismatch problem or inadequate use of the potential of future employees. The career ca pital structure can distinguish its various types such as educational capital. Despite the fact th t educational capital as a single factor, is not enough for achieving the professional succes s (or even to gain and maintain employment), on the stage of a knowledge-based economy, e ducation is an essential condition for increasing human capital, both in the national, org anizational and individual aspect. The main aim of this article is to present the esse nce and types of career capital with special consideration for educational career capita l and also to outline selected determinants of building educational career capital by higher ed ucation graduates. The analysis was based on data on students and graduates of higher schools in Poland from the academic year 2017/2018. The methods used in this article are: cr itical analysis of the content of documents with statistical data as well as analysis and verif ication of the national and foreign literature on the subject.

Creative management of the advertising form and content
In the last few years there has been a fundamental change in the approach to advertising. Requirements of the recipients have changed, so there has been a demand for more and more creative and interesting forms. Its creativity is influenced by many factors that, when used together, allow it to become so. Both theoreticians and practitioners agree on the role of individual components that are used in the creation of advertising. Therefore, the aim of the article is to consider cognitive, theoretical and methodological as well as empirical issues on the possibilities of creative advertising process and analysis of the application of accepted standards for the use of specific forms and content in advertising messages, so that they ensure the highest efficiency and effectiveness.
Differentiability in perturbation parameter of measure solutions to perturbed transport equation
We consider a linear perturbation in the velocity field of the transportequation. We investigate solutions in the space of bounded Radon measures andshow that they are differentiable with respect to the perturbation parameter ina proper Banach space, which is predual to the H\"older space$\mathcal{C}^{1+\alpha}(\mathbb{R}^d)$. This result on differentiability isnecessary for application in optimal control theory, which we also discuss.
Robust Principal Component Analysis for Compositional Tables
A data table which is arranged according to two factors can often beconsidered as a compositional table. An example is the number of unemployedpeople, split according to gender and age classes. Analyzed as compositions, the relevant information would consist of ratios between different cells ofsuch a table. This is particularly useful when analyzing several compositionaltables jointly, where the absolute numbers are in very different ranges, e.g.if unemployment data are considered from different countries. Within theframework of the logratio methodology, compositional tables can be decomposedinto independent and interactive parts, and orthonormal coordinates can beassigned to these parts. However, these coordinates usually require some priorknowledge about the data, and they are not easy to handle for exploring therelationships between the given factors. Here we propose a special choice of coordinates with a direct relation tocentered logratio (clr) coefficients, which are particularly useful for aninterpretation in terms of the original cells of the tables. With thesecoordinates, robust principal component analysis (PCA) is performed fordimension reduction, allowing to investigate the relationships between thefactors. The link between orthonormal coordinates and clr coefficients enablesto apply robust PCA, which would otherwise suffer from the singularity of clrcoefficients.
Global Bayesian Analysis of new physics in $b \to s \mu\mu$ transitions after Moriond-2019
The recent measurement of $R_K$ at LHCb continues to support the hint ofviolation of lepton flavor universality. We perform a global fit for newphysics in semileptonic $b\to s$ transitions using all the relevant data with aBayesian analysis technique. We include new measurements of $R_K$ at LHCb andnew determinations of $R_{K^*}$ and $R_{K^{*+}}$ at Belle. We perform the scanfor various NP scenarios and infer the 68\% and 95.4\% credibility regions ofthe marginalized posterior probability density for all scenarios. We alsocompare the models in pairs by calculating the Bayes factor given a common dataset. A few well-known BSM models are analyzed that can provide a high energyframework for the EFT analysis. These include the exchange of a heavy $Z^{'}$boson in models with heavy vector-like fermions and a scalar field, and a modelwith scalar leptoquarks. We provide predictions for the BSM couplings andexpected mass values.
