Presidential Instruction No. 7 of 2014 mandates PIP to the Ministry of Education and Culture to summarize Indonesia Smart Card (KIP) and spread PIP funds to students that cannot afford to pay education. However, Indonesia Corruption Watch (2018) explained that the data used for the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) was still inaccurate because almost half of the poor people with a percentage of 42.9% were not registered as participants in the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP). According to ICW, this is due to the data used for the process of determining the candidates for the Smart Indonesia Program recipients of the funds are still inaccurate and harming others who supposed to get funds. One method that usually used as a decision-making technique in the research is the Multi-Objective Optimization Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method which is a multi-criteria decision-making that has five main steps as a technique and it can be used to rank prospective PIP fund recipients based on the highest to the lowest preference values. The results of this study indicate that the first rank with the highest value was 0.0539 and the last rank with the lowest value was 0.0211 so it used to ease the stakeholders to determine the amount of KIP recipients based on the preference values. This method can be applied for stakeholders needed in compared to monotonous data processing using estimates.

The lacks of hydrograph data in the field has become the drawback of the hydraulic structure planning. However, such a conditional deficiency in particular, has urgently placed the Synthetic Unit Hydrograph (SUH) models to be very great utility. The Synthetic Unit Hydrograph (SUH) is a popular model that is used in many water resources designs especially in design flood analysis in ungagged watershed. One of the SUH that is usually used in Indonesia is Nakayasu SUH. This model is depended on the α parameter that is influencing the unit hydrograph ordinate and time base. This research intends to build a model of α parameter that is as the characteristic factor of part of watersheds in Indonesia. The methodology consists of observed unit hydrograph analysis for obtaining the α parameter in each watershed, to collect the characteristic data in each watershed, and then to formulate the α parameter model that is as the function of watershed characteristic. The result is formulation model of α that can be used to analyze the design flood in the watershed in Indonesia

This paper presents the comparison studies of composite materials of jute fibers 5,0 mm and 15,0 mm and polyester resin in ASTM D3039 and D638 standards. The jute fiber is easily found in the metropolitan area of Belem, from the study of it has been proven that their use is feasible in the manufactures of composites. It began the manufacture of the composite without prior treatment in the fibers. The specimens were manufactured in ASTM D3039 and D638 standards for both lengths, with polyester resin, and catalyst was added to accelerate the curing process. After the preparation of specimens, such specimens have undergone processes of adaptation to the rules and then immediately forwarded to the tensile test for the analyses of mechanical properties and results discussed in the course of the article. Resumo: O presente trabalho denominado a Horta Escolar: um educar para a sustentabilidade, propõe promover por meio da horta escolar, um espaço de reflexão e interação sobre a alimentação saudável, com práticas de reutilização de materiais em desuso, refletindo com as crianças, sobre a sustentabilidade. Sendo assim, utilizou os pressupostos da Alfabetização Ecológica por meio de experiências desenvolvidas em um CMEI da cidade de Manaus, buscou-se valorizar as atitudes de cidadania visando o respeito ao meio ambiente. Ao longo de processo educativo os alunos do estejam envolvidos com práticas sustentáveis. De forma que o aprendizado se efetive na escola, e se amplie para além dos muros desta. Trata-se de uma pesquisa participativa segundo as observações de Moreira (2011), onde as principais atividades desenvolvidas com as crianças, aconteceram por meio de teatro de fantoches, cartazes ilustrativos, histórias e vídeos enfocando o tema proposto. Iniciou-se a construção da horta e o plantio de sementes com a participação de duzentos e vinte e quatro crianças, oito professoras, duas mestrandas, uma acadêmica. Tendo a colaboração da gestora, duas merendeiras e o convite aos pais. O desenvolvimento do projeto horta foi posto como desafio para proporcionar conhecimento e aprendizado aos envolvidos, pequenas mudanças de forma imediata e ao longo do projeto, nos hábitos na alimentação e na prática de reutilização de materiais em desuso. Os percalços aconteceram, porém, obtiveram-se ganhos positivos ao perceber que algumas crianças nunca haviam mantido contato com a terra, e que a partir deste momento motivaram-se com participação efetiva.

Šestiletá dívka po zakopnutí při běhu a pádu na nataženou levou ruku pociťovala silnou bolest s výrazným omezením hybnosti končetiny. Na obou kostech předloktí byla patrna zřetelná obloukovitá deformita, viditelna v pronaci i supinaci. Radiolog na rentge‐ nových snímcích popsal obloukovitou deformaci obou kostí předloktí bez nálezu lomné linie. Byla stanovena diagnóza zlomeniny typu bowing fraktury a po repozici angulace v celkové narkóze byla levá horní končetina fixována vysokou sádrovou dlahou. Klíčová slova: dítě, zlomenina předloktí, zlomenina z prohnutí.
