Penemuan berbagai senyawa obat baru dari berbagai proses penelitian yang semakin memperjelas peran penting studi komputasi sebagai dasar awal untuk menemukan sumber bahan baku obat baik dari alam maupun sintetis. Infeksi nosokomial dapat disebabkan oleh bakteri, virus atau patogen lain di rumah sakit, dan ditularkan melalui peralatan di rumah sakit. Salah satu bakteri yang paling sering menyebabkan infeksi adalah Acinetobacter baumanii bakteri tersebut dapat membangun resistensi dalam tubuh. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan secara in silico dengan metode molecular docking dengan melihat penambatan molekul senyawa yang dimilikinya . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa senyawa yang diuji terhadap target reseptor yaitu Acinetobacter baumanii memiliki kemampuan sebagai antibakteri, terlihat dari ikatan afinitas yang diperoleh dari sekitar -7,7 kkal/mol hingga -8,1 kkal/mol. Kesimpulannya, kunyit dapat digunakan sebagai kandidat untuk mencegah Acinetobacter baumanii menjadi resisten. Molecular Docking Study of Curcuma Longa Compounds on Bacteria Resistant Carbapenem Acinetobacter Baumanii with in Silico Method The discovery of various new medicinal compounds from various research processes that further clarify the important role of computational studies as the initial basis for finding sources of medicinal raw materials both from natural and synthetic. Nosocomial infections can be caused by bacteria, viruses or other pathogens in the hospital and transmitted through equipment in the hospital. One of the bacteria that most often causes infection is Acinetobacter baumanii where these bacteria can build up resistance in the body. Method of this research is carried out in silico with the molecular docking method by looking at the docking of its compound molecules. The results showed that of the compounds tested against the receptor target, Acinetobacter Baumanii, had the ability as antibacterial, seen from the affinity bonds obtained from around -7.7 kcal/mol to -8.1 kcal/mol. Conclusion is turmeric can be used as a candidate to prevent Acinetobacter baumanii from becoming resistance.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the differences in learning outcomes and to analyze the effectiveness of the use of evaluation tools on learning outcomes in State Expenditure Revenue Budget and Regional Expenditure Budget materials toward students in science class XI. Because there is a decrease in student learning outcomes during distance learning so that, this study utilizes experimental research that uses a nonequivalent control group design, with a population of 170 students with majors in Science. In selecting the sample, researcher uses purposive sampling technique with Science class XI 3 as the experimental class and Science class XI 4 as the control class, but the only difference in the experimental class is given as additional evaluation tools. This study utilizes hypothetical test of pre-test value and post-test with One Way Anova. Based on these results, in the use of evaluation tools there was no significant difference in student learning outcomes in State Expenditure Revenue Budget and Regional Expenditure Budget materials toward students in science class XI and the use of evaluation tools had effectiveness as a support for improving learning outcomes with State Expenditure Revenue Budget and Regional Expenditure Budget materials toward student ins science class XI

Zingiber zerumbet (L) Smith rhizome has been used traditionally as an herbal medicine in Indonesia. Isolated extracts and metabolites of Z. zerumbet have shown anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antidiabetic, anticancer, antimicrobial, analgesic and antiviral activity. The form of suspension is carried out to facilitate the utilization of the main bioactive content, zerumbone, which is difficult to dissolve in water. The formulation of suspension is based on variations in the concentration of Z. zerumbet extract, which is 2.5% (formulation 1), 5% (formulation 2), and 10% (formulation 3). To determine the physical stability, the evaluation is carried out, namely: organoleptic test, density, viscosity, redispersibility and pH. The results showed all three formulations did not provide organoleptic changes for 30 days, >1 g/cm3 density, good redispersibility, and pH of 6. The viscosity of each formulation is quite varied i.e., 3.74 cp; 4,27 cp; and 11.8 cp. Formulation 3 is determined as the best formulation based on its viscosity which is closest to the standard range of good suspension viscosity according to the SNI.

Saat ini dunia sedang dilanda pandemi virus Corona (Covid-19) dan berbagai cara dianjurkan agar terhindar dari virus ini, salah satunya adalah dengan meningkatkan daya tahan tubuh baik secara tradisional maupun secara modern. Salah satu cara tradisional dalam mencegah mikroorganisme patogen adalah dengan mengkonsumsi rempah-rempah contohnya penggunaan jahe putih ( Zingiber officinale var. Amarum) yang dapat mengganggu kesehatan adalah Pseudomonas aeruginosa dan Candida albicans. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui daya hambat ekstrak jahe putih terhadap pertumbuhan Pseudomonas aeruginosa dan Candida albicans sehingga dapat diketahui apakah ekstrak jahe putih terbukti efektif melawan mikroorganisme bakteri dan jamur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode disk diffusion untuk melihat keefektifan ekstrak jahe pada konsentrasi 20, 40, 60, 80 dan 100% terhadap pertumbuhan Pseudomonas aeruginosa dan Candida albicans . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tiap konsentrasi ekstrak jahe putih yang ditentukan akan memberikan nilai daya hambat pertumbuhan Pseudomonas aeruginosa dan Candida albicans , yang artinya semakin tinggi konsentrasi maka semakin kuat daya hambat yang diberikan.
